Aries Sports Center, a trading name under Aries Bermuda Limited, understands the importance of privacy, and we want you to be as comfortable as possible using our AriesSports.com Website, Aries Sports Center App and other services (collectively, the “Site”). Please read our privacy policy before using the Site or submitting any personal information. By using the Site, you are accepting the practices described in this privacy policy. This policy may be updated from time to time to ensure adherence to local laws. When any significant changes are made we will notify you of the changes through the Site or through others means, such as email. To the extent permitted under applicable law, by using our Site after such notice, you consent to our updates to this policy. We encourage you to periodically review this policy for the latest information on our privacy practices.

Note: the privacy practices set forth in this privacy policy are for this AriesSports.com website and the Aries Sports Center App services only. If you link to other websites, please review the privacy policies posted at those sites.

COLLECTION AND USE OF INFORMATION

Information You Provide. We collect specified personal information, such as first and last names, home address, email address, credit card information, date of birth, etc., when you voluntarily submit your registration form to sign up for an account, create a user profile and/or participate in surveys. The information you provide is used to fulfill your specific request relating to the use of our AriesSports.com Website and Aries Sports Center App, and to ensure a successful experience at Aries Sports Center. We may use your email address to send updates, a newsletter or news regarding Aries Sports Center. You may elect not to receive these emails by following opt-out instructions placed at the bottom of these correspondences. Aries Sports Center reserves the right to send you important notices about your account even if you opt out of all voluntary email notifications.

Closed circuit security cameras. Aries Sports Center takes safety and security very seriously.  For this reason, we use closed circuit security cameras within our facility.

Cookie/tracking technology. The AriesSports.com Website or the Aries Sports Center App may use cookie and tracking technology. Cookie and tracking technology are useful for gathering information such as browser type and operating system, tracking the number of visitors to the Website or the App, and understanding how visitors use the Website and the App. Cookies can also help customize our Website and App for visitors. Personal information cannot and will not be collected via cookies and other tracking technology; however, if you previously provided personally identifiable information, cookies may be tied to such information. Aggregate cookie and tracking information may be shared with third parties.

Distribution and Retention of information. Aries Sports Center may share information with governmental agencies, its subsidiaries or affiliates, service providers and business partners, or other third parties assisting us in fraud prevention or the investigation of fraudulent or criminal activity. We may do so when: (i) permitted or required by law; (ii) trying to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud or unauthorized transactions; or (iii) when investigating fraud which has already taken place. We do not share information with affiliates for the purpose of providing our services or solicit any third parties to conduct data processing on our behalf. We may provide information to our vendors, consultants, marketing partners, research firms, and other service providers or business partners which may include, for example: (i) payment processors and facilitators; (ii) cloud storage providers; (iii) marketing partners and marketing platform providers; (iv) data analytics providers; (v) vendors that assist Aries Sports Center to enhance the safety and security of its apps; and (vi) consultants, lawyers, accountants and other professional service providers. Your information is not provided to these third parties for direct marketing purposes. We may share your information other than as described in this policy if we notify you and you consent to the sharing. We retain personal information that you provide us as long as we consider it potentially useful in contacting you about our products and services, or as needed to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements, and for legitimate business interests. We will delete this information from the servers at an earlier date if you so request by unsubscribing, opting-out, or emailing us at frontdesk @ ariessports . com.

Commitment to data security. We will keep your personal information secure at all times. Only authorized employees, agents and contractors (who have agreed to keep information secure and confidential) will have access to this information. All marketing emails and newsletters from the Aries Sports Center mailing system will allow you to opt out of further marketing mailings. We use industry-standard efforts to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal information (such as firewalls and secure sockets layer software) where appropriate. Nevertheless, absolute security does not yet exist on the internet.

Other Data Protection Rights

You may have the following data protection rights:

  • To access, correct, update or request deletion of personal information. We take reasonable steps to ensure that the data we collect is reliable for its intended use, accurate, complete and up to date. As a registered user, you can manage many of your individual account and profile settings within your account provided through the Aries Sports Center App, or you may contact us directly by emailing us at frontdesk @ ariessports . com. We will consider your request in accordance with applicable laws.
  • In addition, individuals who are residents of the European Economic Area (“EEA”) can object to processing of their personal information, ask to restrict processing of their personal information or request portability of their personal information. You can exercise these rights by contacting us at frontdesk @ ariessports . com.
  • Similarly, if personal information is collected or processed on the basis of consent you can withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing your consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing we conducted prior to your withdrawal, nor will it affect processing of your Personal Information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.

We respond to all requests we receive from individuals wishing to exercise their data protection rights in accordance with applicable data protection law. We may ask you to verify your identity in order to help us respond efficiently to your request.

Children. We collect personal information for all children who participate in our programs for the purpose of account registration and providing the services requested by their Parent/Guardian. We do not sell products for purchase by children without consent from their Parent/Guardian. All children’s products we sell are for purchase by adults on behalf of their child.
